Masked Emotions
Masked Emotions is a performative wearable sculpture series.
This series was evolved in the throws of COVID separation, isolation and mask wearing. As I donned daily masks I began to explore how I present myself and 'mask' daily - even before the face-wear. These particular masks were inspired by the stories I was told about who I am and the stories I thus began to tell others about me, and finally, the stories I tell myself - about myself.
